SongshopsCoop.org was founded in 1998 and is dedicated to developing affordable
high quality songwriting retreats. We try to run two workshops a year, one in the fall and one in the spring. We bring hit
writers and songwriters together from around the country. All retreats include, lectures on songwriting, critiques by hit
writers of the participants songs and time to collaborate and then present new songs for critiques.

We have held workshops in MA, CT, NH and FL. We try to keep
the costs down for all attendees. Participants often volunteer to help out making the event as well as the music a truely
collaborative experience.
